I understand why Brown Donkatsu has a 4.7-4.8 rating!! Absolutely divine! Great portion size!!! I had the Everything Set B and I LOVED IT, great balance. Also had the Bull Don, great. Be weary of spice levels though. Level 1 Spice is pretty spicy.

Believe the hype! Portions are enormous and fairly priced for downtown (all this was only 20), and it's absolutely delicious. The staff was super sweet and attentive too. It's a clean, bright, comfortable space. I went on a Saturday night and was the oldest person in a sea of university students, which seems like the usual crowd. Will definitely be going back! Spice level 1 was perfect for me, but if you're really not comfortable with spice, 0 is still tasty (they were nervous and brought me a side of the no-spice sauce just in case).

So happy to find this place and it doesn’t disappoint us. The meat is very tender and goes very well with the melted cheese. Love the Tteokkokichi (rice cake skewers). It makes me feel like I’m having street food in Myeongdong! Service is nice. Will definitely come back again!

Portions were large and tasty. Ordered a cheese bomb and a noodle to try with my sister. The noodle was flavorful but a tad salty. The cheese bomb was so good. Did zero for spicy and curry was sweet and tasty. The pork was cooked well and the breaded portion was perfect - crunchy, tasty. Would recommend and visit again. The staff were lovely and attentive. Restaurant was clean and comfortable.

Quick and tasty - the portions are also really good for the cost. I absolutely love their donkatsu and this plate literally left me absolutely stuffed. I used to trek all the way up to Markham to their location up there and am so happy this downtown location opened up.

Great portions for the price you pay. So many options of katsu to choose from and can even choose your own spice level. The katsus are deliciously crispy. Great spot for a filling meal!

Hands down THE BEST tofu katsu ever. Juicy, crunchy and so damn flavorful. Come with your belly in hand because the portions are hefty and satisfying. I got the plate with the spicy tteokochi (level 2) and it complimented the tofu plate well. My man got the pork katsu and it was so tender and juicy. The music was a bit too loud for our liking but we didn't have much of a conversation because we were busy stuffing our faces. Highly recommended if you're in the mood for katsu.

I had high expectations for this place, and they exceeded even that. Portions are massive and the quality and taste keep up with it. The star of the show is definitely the brown katsu sauce provided, my first bite had me in shock of how good it was. I def recommend eating it right away when it comes, as the sauce will start to thicken over time. It's easily the best tonkatsu I've had!
